The initial consultation is for general information purposes and aims to explore your options and eligibility for immigration to Canada.
Limits of Engagement
The services provided under this Agreement are limited to a single consultation, based on the information you provide, to explore your immigration options.
The RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) will not provide additional advice or services beyond this consultation unless both parties agree in writing to continue the engagement. Any future engagements will require a separate, written agreement.
This Agreement does not obligate the RCIC to represent the Client in any application or legal proceedings. Should you require further advice or representation after this consultation, a separate service agreement must be signed.
Fees Payable
The Client agrees to pay the consultation fee in full before scheduling the appointment. Payment can be made via bank transfer or Interac e-Transfer to the RCIC’s designated account. Appointments will not be honored until payment is received.
If you choose to retain our services within 30 days, the consultation fee will be applied toward your future costs.
Refund Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please email us at info@thesagegreen.com. Note: A $50 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
Cancellations at least two business days in advance are eligible for a refund (minus the $50 cancellation fee).
No refunds for cancellations made less than two business days before the consultation or for missed appointments.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information and complete documentation necessary for the consultation. You must disclose all relevant details, including any negative or adverse information, as these may affect the advice given.
Failure to fully disclose relevant information may void this Agreement and could impact the outcome of the consultation or any future immigration application.
Advised Based on Current Law and Policy
The advice provided during the consultation is based on Canadian immigration law and policy in effect on the date of the consultation. The RCIC is not responsible for any changes in legislation or government policy that may affect subsequent applications.
No Guarantee of Outcome
The RCIC will provide services to a professional standard as required by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). However, the RCIC does not guarantee that the consultation will result in achieving your immigration, business, education, or employment goals.
Confidentiality
The RCIC is professionally obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all information and documents provided by the Client. This ensures open and complete communication. No information will be disclosed to third parties, except the RCIC’s employees, without your prior consent unless required by law.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Province/Territory of Ontario, Canada.
Acknowledgment
Jasmine Onwubiko, RCIC-IRB, of SageGreen Immigration and Citizenship Solutions Inc., is a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and adheres to its By-laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and regulations.
By scheduling your consultation, you confirm your understanding and agreement to all terms and conditions outlined in this Initial Consultation Agreement. You also acknowledge that any future engagement with SageGreen Immigration and Citizenship Solutions Inc. will require a separate, written agreement.
Client Declarations
I declare that the information provided in my application and supporting documents is complete and accurate. I will inform the RCIC of any changes to the information provided before any immigration application is submitted.
By scheduling the consultation, I consent to the terms of this Agreement, and I understand that no physical signature is required.
