By purchasing or subscribing to the SageGreen Immigration Formatted RCIP Employer List (“the Product”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Personal Use Only
The Product is licensed solely for your personal use.
No sharing, distribution, resale, or posting of links or content is allowed.
2. Access & Security
Access credentials are for your exclusive use.
Keep login details confidential.
Access may be revoked immediately if unauthorized sharing or suspicious activity is detected.
3. Intellectual Property
The Product and formatting are owned by SageGreen Immigration.
Copying, modifying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Use
Resale, redistribution, bulk copying, or automated scraping is forbidden.
This list IS NOT TO BE USED by candidates and/or immigration consultants to solicit designated employers for job offers
Candidates should ONLY apply to job vacancies posted publicly by the employers
Breach of these terms may lead to legal action and revocation of access without refund.
5. Updates
The Product is updated monthly based on information from the 14 participating communities.
Users are responsible for verifying their eligibility and employer details.
6. Liability
SageGreen Immigration is not liable for any outcomes or consequences from use of the Product.
7. Payment & Renewal
Standard Rate: 150 CAD one-time fee for 12 months access.
Renewal: 100 CAD annually for continued access and updates.
All payments are non-refundable.
